Own your own scuba gear, or thinking about buying some? The SSI Equipment Techniques specialty at Woodlands Dive Center in Spring, TX teaches divers from The Woodlands and north Houston how to choose, store and maintain it.
You'll learn the parts of your dive system and practice basic preventive maintenance on your own equipment. That helps your gear last longer and work better on every dive.
It's 4 academic sessions plus hands-on work, about 3 to 6 hours. The minimum age is 10 and you need an Open Water Diver certification.
