React Right First Aid & CPR Class in Spring, TX
Want to know what to do in a dive emergency, or any medical emergency? The SSI React Right specialty at Woodlands Dive Center in Spring, TX teaches first aid, CPR, oxygen use and AED skills to people in The Woodlands and north Houston.
You choose which topics to learn, including primary assessment, first aid, CPR and primary stabilization. The course also covers oxygen for diving emergencies and AED basics. It's a mix of classroom study and hands-on practice.
The minimum age is 12 and no prior certification is needed. SSI lists 6 academic sessions and a suggested 8 to 12 hours. It's also the first step toward Diver Stress & Rescue.
